The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

The larger dishes:
-Four dishes have a few minor nicks or tiny shallow chips to the mouth rim.
-Two dishes have a few minor nicks to the mouth rim.
-One dish is in overall fairly good condition.
-There is general age-related surface wear, including some long scratches, to all dishes.

The medium dishes:
-One dish has a tiny shallow chip to the mouth rim and a few other tiny chips to the foot rim.
-One dish has a tiny shallow chip to the mouth rim.
-One dish has a tiny chip and a few nicks to the mouth rim.
-One dish has a tiny shallow glaze chip to the mouth rim.
-Three dishes are in overall fairly good condition.
-There is general age-related surface wear on all dishes, with minor nicks/chips to the foot rim to some of the dishes as can be expected.

The smaller dishes:
-One dish has a minute nick to the glaze on the mouth rim.
-One dish has a tiny shallow chip to the glaze and a few nicks to the mouth rim.
-One dish has a tiny shallow chip to the mouth rim which has been polished down slightly.
-One dish has two tiny shallow chips to the mouth rim which have been polished down slightly.
-One dish also has two tiny shallow chips to the mouth rim which have been polished down slightly.
-Two dishes are in overall fairly good condition.
-There is general age-related surface wear on all dishes, including scratches.
