Details
The elegantly-potted washer is shaped in the form of a leaf, the underside is moulded with a raised vein which also forms the stand. The washer is covered overall in an unctuous pale celadon glaze suffused with darker and golden crackles, and the moulded areas are covered in a sepia wash. The underside also bears kiln marks.
