The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-The roundels are framed and glazed. Please note that they were not removed from the frames before inspection.
-There are some losses to the beige flossed silk thread to the crane on one roundel.
-There are one or two very minor loose threads one each roundel.
-Otherwise, the pigments are well preserved and these are both in overall fairly good condition.
