We have sought to have record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their intial manufacture.
The yellow uncut dragon robe:
- one half of one side of the robe is missing and the uncut robe is also missing the sleeve sections.
- there are frayed edges to the textile and loose threads.
- there is a red seal and a four-character inscription in black ink relating to the manufacture of the robe.
The brown uncut robe:
- this is missing a section at each end as it does not have its original end selvedges.
