The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- One vase is slightly shorter than the other and is slightly warped.
One vase:
- There is a hairline and restoration which is now flaking off to one narrow side.
-There are four small chips and a few nicks to the mouth rim.
The other vase:
- The neck has likely been off and restuck, and there is overpainting to the exterior of the neck and some of the interior which is flaking off in areas.
- There is a chip to the mouth rim.
