The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The libation cup:
- There is a shallow chip to the inner side of the body, which is associated with natural fissures of the stone.
- There is a shallow chip to the foot rim, measuring approx. 0.2 cm wide.
- There are some general nicks to the extremities.

The cup with twin handles:
- There are a few nicks to the extremities.
- The stone has a few natural fissures and snow flakes.

Both cups have some general surface wear and rubbing, as may expected.
