Details
The Ming Dynasty floriform button is carved to the front with a bird in flight holding a fruiting branch in its beak, surrounded by a band of ruyi heads; the reverse is detailed with stylised swirling petals; the stone is of a pale tone. The two belthooks are carved in the form of a dragon facing its young; one is of a pale tone and the other is of a mottled beige and celadon tone; both dating to the 19th-20th century.
Both belthooks 6⅝ in. (17 cm.) long
