The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-a few minor casting flaws and dents to the edges
-a few small areas of abrasion/indentation to the figure's hat and head
-some areas and patina have been overpainted, particularly to the upper body
-as illustrated, there is a vertical touch-up extending from the base with a wax-like material.
