From left to right: The first: - a small polished chip to the exterior of the mouth rim and a minute nick to the mouth rim - a fine firing crack encircling the interior The second: - a few minute nicks to the foot The third: - a few minute nicks to mouth rim - chips to the edges of two feet and other small minute nicks to feet - some short firing cracks to the base, which are inherent to manufacture - scratches and surface wear, particularly to the mouth rim The fourth: - a few minute nicks to mouth rim - small chip to the edge of the handle The fifth: - an area of kiln grit adhesion on the base
