The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There are two hairlines and several glaze lines on the neck, and a few fine glaze lines on the circular landscape panels.
- The interior of the mouth and neck are matte and slightly dry, which may be inherent to manufacture.
- The mouth rim has been polished.
- There are several areas where the faux bois decoration has been rubbed, particularl beneath the mouth rim.
- There are several scratches on the exterior.
