We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- upper section of the vase at mid-neck has been off and restuck, with associated restoration; the restoration has some surface cracks
- a short firing crack to the mouth rim
- '1955.4.57' is written in red enamel on the exterior near the mouth rim and '005' near the foot
- a large chip to the foot rim
- surface scratches and abrasion to the enamel
- base has two collection labels
