A group of two prints
Woodblock prints, comprising:
1)Yoshiwara Nakanocho yozakura (Cherry blossoms at night in Nakanocho in the Yoshiwara), from the series Toto meisho (Famous places of the eastern capital), signed Hiroshige ga, published by Sanoya Kihei (Kikakudo), circa 1832-38
2) Wakamurasaki, from the series Genji monogatari gojyuyo jo (The fifty-four chapters of the Tale of Genji), signed Hiroshige ga, published by Iseya Kanekichi, intercalary 2nd month 1852
1) Horizontal oban: 912 x 1458 in. (24.1 x 37.1 cm.)
2) Horizontal oban: 10 x 15 in. (25.4 x 38.1 cm.)
