The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces after their initial manufacture.
- One vase has a small firing crack to the rim measuring max. approx. 2 cm and a related faint hairline crack measuring circa 2 cm.
- The other vase has a small firing flaw to the rim measuring max. approx. 1 cm long and a horizontal firing flaw to the foot rim measuring max. approx. 3.5 cm long that is infilled with composite material.
- One cover is broken into two parts and reglued with some small related losses and has a rim restoration of circa 2.5 x 1 cm.
- The other cover is in overall good condition.
