The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The dishes:
- Each 14.5 and 15 cm diam.
- One dish has a chip to the foot rim, measuring approx. 0.7 cm wide.
- The other dish has a hairline crack extending from the mouth rim, measuring approx. 2 cm long.
- Both with some scratches to the white enamel.
The saucers:
- Measuring approx. 10 cm diam.
The cups:
- Each 9 cm diam.
All with some minute nicks to the foot rims and some general age-related surface wear, light scratches and rubbing.
