Details
Each cup is modelled in the form of mantou xin bowls, with rounded walls and a slightly domed base. Each exterior is decorated en grisaille with three geese standing amongst plants and rocks and a further goose in flight. The underside is decorated with a brush, ingot, and ruyi sceptre in underglaze blue, representing the phrase 'biding ruyi'.
