We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The dish has been broken into four large sections and restored.
- There is a TL test drill hole to the foot rim.
- There are a few kiln grit adhesions to exterior on one side.
- There is a section of restoration and areas of touch-up tot he mouth rim.
- There is expected light wear.
- There is light wear to the mouth rim.
- ""C-63-5x"" has been inscribed on the base in black ink.
