The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
First:
-There are expected scratches to the metal mounts on the mouth, stopper and foot.
-There is expected very light wear to the lacquer decoration.
-There is no spoon.
Second:
-There is very light wear to the enamels.
-There are minor nicks to the foot.
-There is no spoon.
Third:
-There is expected wear to the surface, particularly to the enamels on the high relief decoration.
-There is no spoon.
Fourth:
-There are wear and losses to the enamels.
-The gilding on the mouth rim is rubbed.
-There are a few nicks to the inner and outer foot rim.
-There are a few glaze bubbles on the base.
-There is no spoon.
