The group comprises a mountain-form brush rest, a seated Budai figure and a pear-shaped vase molded with stems of peony. All covered in aubergine, turquoise, yellow and russet glazes.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

-There is a small loss of the finial on one peak.
-There is expected wear to the glazes.
-There is a small hole above the flower decoration.
