We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Cover:
-There is a shallow polished chip to the mouth rim.
-The rim has been slightly polished.
Ewer:
-There is a vertical hairline crack to the mouth.
-There are circular hairline cracks to where the handle joins the body with associated restoration.
-There is a short hairline crack to the tip of the spout.
-There is a minute glaze gap below the handle.
-There are two minor polished chips to the foot rim.
