The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
One:
- There are some nicks, small knocks and minor losses to enamels.
- A small part of the cloisonné is lift-off of the cloud-form support.
- There are a few minute areas of overpainting and tape residues to the support and prickly stand.
- There are expected surface wear.

The other one:
- There are some nicks to edges.
- There is a small loss to enamel to one side.
