The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
One bowl:
-There is a small area of touch-up to the exterior.
-There are a few minor glaze gaps and flakes to the interior and exterior.
-There are a few chips to the foot.

Other bowl:
-The mouth rim is mounted with a silver band, possibly concealing small chips.
-There is a small raised glaze irregularity on the interior wall.
-There are a few small minor glaze gaps.
-There is possible touch-up to a small area of russet on the exterior below one side of the mouth rim.
-There are a few chips to the foot rim.
