The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record any changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a hairline rim crack of approx. 3 cm. and a smaller hairline rim crack of approx. 2 cm.
- There is a scratch to the interior of approx. 3 cm.
- There are some further minor surface scratches.
- There are a couple of minor glaze frits to the foot ring.
- There is a very small glaze flaw to the centre.
- The colour of the glaze is of a rich, deep purple tone.
