One vessel cast in the form of a Xing, decorated with a diaper ground and an official inscription dating to the twelfth year of Tongzhi corresponding to 1873. The body flanked with a pair of buffalo-head handles. The second vessel cast as a Ding, decorated with confronting dragons divided by a flaming pearl above waves and sea creatures.
The largest 11⅛ in. (28 cm.) high
