We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

Box and cover:
- There is a chip to the mouth rim of the box.
- The cover is slightly misshapen with restoration around ¾ of its sides and rim, including two replacements.
- There are some reddish and greenish patina.
- There is some unknown treatment to the interiors, which are now flaking away.
- There are three felt pads on the base.

Water pot:
- There are minor dents to the surface.

Zhi:
- There are chips around both rims and edges.
