The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The first:
- The neck has been replaced.
- The surface is nicely worn with age.
- There is no spoon.

The second:
- The snuff bottle appears to be in good condition.
- The neck is probably plastic.
- There is no spoon.

The third:
- There are minor scratches to the top of the mouth, a minute dent to the bottom of the foot, and a pin-prick dent to one lower side.
-There is no spoon.

The fourth:
-There are flakes to the red paint on either side of the foot.
-There is a plastic spoon.
