We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

another fitting with tiger:
- a section of loss to the rear end of the tiger's body
- some other small losses to the extremities
- some expected malachite and cuprite encrustation and tarnishing to the metal
tiger-form finial:
- casting flaw or minor shallow chips to the rims of the opening
- the piece is quite worn
