The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
rectangular plaque:
- repaired break to the center
- some malachite encrustation
one fitting with tiger:
- loss to the figure next to the tiger, and some small losses to the extremities
- some expected malachite and cuprite encrustation, and tarnishing to the metal
another fitting with tiger:
- a section of loss to the rear end of the tiger's body
- some other small losses to the extremities
- some expected malachite and cuprite encrustation and tarnishing to the metal
tiger-form finial:
- casting flaw or minor shallow chips to the rims of the opening
- the piece is quite worn
