The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- there is a restored and coated area, approx. a quarter of the bowl, associated with a large re-stuck section on the everted rim
- another small restored area with short glaze lines visible on both interior and exterior at one floral spray on the exterior
- some expected surface abrasion, wear, light scratches, minor enamel flakes and rubbing to the gilt and enamel
- a shallow glaze chip to the underside of the base
