The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Ewer:
- appears to be in overall good condition except for a very short firing crack on the spout and two other to where the handle joins the bodyCover:
- a few small shallow chips and nicks to the inner mouth rim
Jar:
- a small nick to the mouth rim and to the foot rim
- two small areas of glaze irregularity above the foot
Cover:
- a nick to the inner mouth rim
