The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Figural jar and cover:
-There is a shallow chip to the mouth rim of the jar.
Milk jar:
-There are a few short horizontal glaze cracks around the spout.
-There are a few very shallow chips to the tip of the spout.
-The cover has two small chips to the interior rim and has been drilled for mounting.
-There are are few glaze frits to the handle.
Bottle vase:
-The neck has been reduced and fitted for the pouring mount and lid.
-There is a silver mount enclosing the foot rim.
Three miniature vases:
-The largest vase has a metal mount to the mouth rim.
-All three with minor chips and glaze frits to the rims.
Four vases:
-The two largest vases have minor glaze frits to the foot rims.
-All four vases with silver mounts and covers.
All pieces:
-There are some general age-related surface wear, scratches and rubbing, as may be expected.
-The porcelain has not been examined under the mounts.
