MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-There are several shallow holes to the mouth rim.
-The mouth rim has been slightly polished.
-There are a few glaze bursts.
-There are expected light wear and scratches to the surface, particularly to the red enamels.
-The red enamels are possibly later.
-There are minor potting flaws to the base. The base has been slightly buffed.
