Calligraphy Couplet

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are large creases and wrinkles throughout for both scrolls.
The left scroll: it has significant water stains in the upper half. There is a brown water stain close to the center of bottom right of the scroll.
The right scroll: it has some water staining in the upper half. There is an unrepaired tear on the top righ corner. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that this painting is in overall fair condition.
