We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The larger bowl:
-There is a hairline crack extending from the mouth rim.
-The rim is mounted with a metal band, and has been polished. with a few associated infilled chips.
-There is a carved mark to the center of the interior.
-There are surface wear and scratches.
-The foot has been polished.

The smaller bowl:
-There are expected surface scratches.
-The mouth has been mounted with a metal band."
