The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its manufacture.
-remnants of color pigments on the face
-a few fine hairline cracks to the head
-the tribute in hands is missing as illustrated
-two very small areas of touch-up on the edge of the sleeves
-a few minor chips and fine cracks to the glaze
-a few chips to the foot rim
