The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
There is a shallow chip to the tip of the robes on the right side, measuring approx. 0.7 cm. wide, and a couple of tiny frits.
There is a crackle to the tip of one finger, which appears to be a firing flaw that occurred to during the making.
There is a surface crackle to the glaze to the back of the figure, measuring approx. 7 cm. long.
There are a couple of minute nicks to the extremities of some of the delicate applied decoration such as the lotus leaves.
