The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
The bi disc and chilong carving
- The chilong's tail has been broken off and restuck.
The fisherman
-There is a small shallow chip to the edge of the fisherman's hat.
All carvings
-There are some minute nicks to the extremities and some general age-related surface wear.
