TWO PAIRS OF BISCUIT-GLAZED FAMILLE VERTE BUDDHIST LIONS

Each pair is modelled as a male and a female wearing collars around their necks and with their front paws resting on a ball and Buddhist lion cub respectively. The larger pair is modelled seated on a rich brown glazed plinth, the smaller pair seated on a rectangular plinth decorated in a mottled green, blue, brown, amber and cream glaze.

The smaller pair 10 ¼ in. (26 cm.) high
