The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The first painting depicting crabs and shrimp with some very minor staining. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the painting is in overall excellent condition.
The second painting depicting a tiger with numerous tears and holes, many repaired, throughout the silk. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the painting is in overall fair condition.
The third painting depicting a landscape with creasing throughout the silk, including several significant creases at the center and lower right. There are some holes and tears, some repaired or replaced. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the painting is in overall fair condition.
