The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
L'œuvre est sur sa toile d'origine. La surface est légèrement encrassée et poussiéreuse. Deux légères traces de frottement sont visibles: l'une dans la partie vert foncé, l'autre dans la partie vert clair. Quelques petits points d'accrétion sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. The surface is very slightly dirty and dusty. Two minor rubbing are visible: one to the dark green area, the other one to the light green area. A few small pinpoint accretions are visible in places to the surface. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
