The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Quelques petits accrocs du papier sont visibles vers le bord inférieur et le long du bord droit dans la partie inférieure. Quelques très légères usures du papier sont visibles le long du bord gauche dans la partie inférieure et dans l'angle supérieur droit. Les irrégulariés du panneau telles que les très légères cassures et points d'enfoncement du bois sont inhérentes au support choisi par l'artiste. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The edges of the paper are slightly irregular. Rubbing associated to small dents is visible to the lower right quadrant. A few small paper snags are visible near the lower edge and along the right edge to the lower part. Very slight wears of the paper are visible to the upper left edge and to the upper right corner. The irregularities to the surface such as the wood's cracks and points of dent are inherent to the panel chosen by the artist. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
