The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Non examinées hors des cadres. Les feuilles ont très légèrement jauni. Certaines présentent des petits résidus de poussière. Certains cadres présentent des petites griffures, légères traces de manipulation, petits frottements et petites accrétions superficielles par endroits. Un des cadres présente un petit manque. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

Not examined out of the frames. The sheet have very slightly yellowed. Some present small dust residues. Some of the frames present small very slight, faint handling marks, some minor rubbing and small accretions in places. One of the frames presents a small loss. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
