The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Non examinée hors du cadre. Le carton est fixé au revers à un support cartonné. Le bord gauche est irrégulier. La petite irrégularité du carton le long du bord inférieur, vers la partie gauche, ainsi que les légères traces de pliures horizontales visibles par endroits sont inhérentes au support choisi par l'artiste. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

Not examined out of the frame. The cardboard is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support. The left edge is deckled. The small irregularity to the carboard along the lower edge, to the left part, as well as the slight horizontal folding marks visible in places are inherent to the support chosen by the artist. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
