The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
L’œuvre est sur sa toile d’origine. La toile ondule légèrement dans les angles. Une petite usure, accompagnée d’un très petit manque de matière, est visible sur l’angle supérieur droit. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l'œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. The canvas undulates slightly to the corners. There is a minor wear associated with a tiny paint loss to the upper right corner. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
