The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
L'œuvre est sur sa toile d'origine. La surface est très légèrement encrassée et poussiéreuse. La toile est légèrement détendue et présente une légère ondulation dans les angles supérieurs. Quelques très légères traces de frottement, accrétions et traces de manipulation sont visibles par endroits, principapelement le long des bords. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. The surface is very slightly dirty and dusty. The canvas is slightly loose and the two upper corners undulate slightly. There is some minor rubbing, pinpoint accretions and slight handling marks in places, especially along the edges. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
