The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La structure de l'oeuvre est en bonne condition. La surface est très légèrement poussiéreuse. Quelques minuscules points d'accrétion sont visibles par endroits sur la surface en lumière rasante. Un minuscule point d'enfoncement est visible le long du bord inférieur à droite. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

The work is structurally sound. The surface is slightly dusty. Few minor pinpoint accretions pinpoints are visible in places to the surface in raking light. A minor dent in visible along the lower edge, to the right. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
