The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers par des charnières le long des bords. Présence de très légères accrétions par endroits sur la surface. Quelques très légères traces de frottement sont visibles le long du bord inférieur et le long du bord droit, dans la partie inférieure. Deux micro-points de manque de matière sont visibles le long du bord supérieur. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

The work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse along the edges to a cardboard support. There are few accretions in places. Some minor rubbing is visible along the lower edge and along the right edge, to the lower part. There are two minor pastel losses along the upper edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
