The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

L’œuvre est sur sa toile d’origine et semble être légèrement vernie. La surface est légèrement encrassée et poussiéreuse. Quelques fines craquelures, points d'accrétion ainsi que de légers frottements accompagnés de petits éclats de matière sont visibles par endroits. Une petite zone soulevée et écaillée est visible le long du bord gauche dans la partie supérieure. Examinée à la lumière UV: quelques zones de repeints sont visibles par endroits dans la composition.

The work is not lined and presumably slightly varnished. The surface is slightly dirty and dusty. A few hairline cracks, pinpoint accretions, some minor rubbing and tiny chips are in places to the surface. A small lifting and flaking area is along the left edge to the upper part. Examined under UV light: some inpainting are in places to the composition.
