The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Non examinée hors du cadre. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné. Elle ondule légèrement et a légèrement jauni. Le bord gauche est irrégulier et présente des petites déchirures ainsi que quelques légères usures par endroits. Quelques très légères traces de manipulation sont visibles par endroits le long des bords. De très légères traces de froissement, très fines abrasions et petits points d'accrétion sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support. It slightly undulates and has slightly yellowed. The left edge is irregular and present some small tears as well as slight wears in places. Some very faint handling marks are visible in places along the edges. Very slight crease marks, very fine abrasions and small pinpoint accretions are visible in places on the surface. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
