The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
L’œuvre est sur sa toile d’origine. La toile est légèrement poussiéreuse. Quelques légères traces de frottement sont visibles le long du bord droit, dans la partie supérieure. Présence de très légères accrétions de surface par endroits. Un petit transfert de matière blanc est perceptible dans la partie droite. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. The canvas is slightly dusty. Slight rubbing is visible along the upper right edge. There are very slight accretions to the surface in places. A small white medium transfer is perceptible to the right part. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
