The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Les bords présentent de très légères irrégularités. Des trous de punaise de l’artiste sont visibles le long du bord supérieur. Les traces de manipulations le long des bords sont inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l’artiste. Présence de très légères accrétions, particulièrement le long du bord inférieur. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

The sheet is hinged to a panel with staples along the edges. There are a few tiny tears associated to the staples in places along the edges. The edges are very slightly irregular. There are pin holes by the artist to the upper edge. The handling marks visible in places are inherent to the artist's working method. There are a few very slight accretions, especially along the lower edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
